I had my contraceptive inserted and taken out here. The service from reception, through to nurses, doctors and of course the anaesthesiologist were all amazing. They are very understanding and compassionate. They take care of their patients and ensure you are as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. Bless the staff, you are all amazing

Safe environment, clean, and friendly staffI went to MSI in Midland this week, after booking with a nice receptionist over the phone. I had a good experience, everyone was very friendly and calm, and I was there for maximum 2 hours. I'd seen some negative reviews, and I want to share my experience as it was actually positive, so don't be afraid to try them out :)All the practitioners were women, also cool for me! They provided me with advice, information and all the necessary meds I needed. Honestly, the waiting time between seeing the nurses and the doctor didn't bother me either because it made my experience less impactful.The clinic itself is clean, organised, and eveything ran smoothly.I highly recommend MSI from my experience, really above expectations!

Disgusted...I'm a victim of domestic violence..seen dbc back in April.. they promised to help me escape dv but they have done nothing to help me..but they helped my ex make false claims against me...only heard from them on Monday 26th June...promised to ring back and haven't...I'm homeless I'm a casual at work..and casuals dont get paid if we dont work ive had no income now for nearly 4 weeks I got diagnosed with acute pancreitis and now a touch of pneumonia due to sleeping in a tent in a paddock...and still no word from dbc

DO NOT GO HERE. Pick another place.My wife attended this clinic. All was fine until we had complications with the procedure. Trying to get hold of someone was a nightmare with long on hold times, phone calls not being returned and when they were speaking to a different nurse each time who knew nothing about my wife’s history. After advice that everything should be ok they eventually provided a referral to get a blood test. Between that test a not being able to get back in touch with someone again we got in touch with our obstetrician. He then advised that due to fever and symptoms that she would need another surgical procedure and it couldn’t wait and should head straight to ED. Since going to ED and getting that surgical procedure sorted their blood results came back saying everything was ok and there was nothing abnormal. What a joke. Lucky we took things into our own hands. Completely incompetent and shouldn’t be allowed to keep their doors open with that kind of support. Will be reporting this incident to their governing body.

Been there in the past and service has been immaculate. Called up the other day to get my IUD removed and they said it was be $500. It is a easy procedure and I ended up getting it removed somewhere else in a couple minutes for under a quarter of the price of Marie Stopes. Does NOT need to be that expensive.

My partner recently contacted this centre. The lady on the other end was terrible. These situations are never easy and the manner in which the lady handled the call was atrocious. We've booked in with a different organisation and the difference in phone calls was beyond amazing. Dissapointed.

Most amazing staff right through from the reception through to post op care. The nurses, doctors and anaesthetic doctor were beyond accommodating and caring. 5 star service with so much compassion. Highly recommend.

Took two weeks to put in our escaping domestic violence application and left myself and child without food money as third party don't communicate with dbc,constructively and don't put any emphasis on daily living struggles and children's lived experiences.Otherwise they are very caring and supportive, maybe it's just the system that is not supporting desert blue connect.

My partner attended the clinic and the procedure went well, nurses and drs were very helpful. However, she was treated rudely by the receptionist and felt very uncomfortable. She rushed my partner and her attitude wasn’t very customer service like. This is such a shame as that is not how someone wants to be treated upon arrival, it doesn’t make you want to be in the facility and quiet frankly not want to come back. As we left another patient had commented saying her experience was somewhat the same with reception. We really hope your team reflects on this and comes back better as this is not how people should be treated, period.

My partner had a vasectomy done here last week and the experience couldn't have been better. He said the staff were amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable and put his mind at ease by cracking jokes. The clinic was well organised and professional and he was in and out very quickly. He's also recovering well and after 4 days went back to work and has been feeling fine. We're both very happy!
